REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Winked By The Moon. Due to the digital and intuitive nature of my services, all sales are final.

Digital Products and Personalized Readings
All digital downloads, astrology readings, tarot readings, and customized PDF reports are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once your order is placed, work begins immediately, and refunds cannot be issued.

Physical Products
If a physical item is damaged during shipping or the incorrect item is received, you may request a replacement.

To request a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email winkedbythemoon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage

  • Include your name and order number

Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
