Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Winked By The Moon. This policy applies to all physical products once they are available.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays
Winked By The Moon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks an item as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Winked By The Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact winkedbythemoon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
